All sales are final. Because practice exams and questions are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, including for unused access, a change of mind, or exam results.
Try before you buy. A free 10-question sample is available for each exam with no account needed, so you can see exactly how our questions and explanations work before purchasing.
Limited exceptions
We will issue a refund if:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase, or
- A technical problem on our side prevents you from accessing the content you bought, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you contact us.
